T-REX Grilles Product Warranty
T-REX Truck Products warrants its grille products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the grille. T-REX Truck Products warrants the finish of its grille products for a 3 year period beginning at the time of sale to the end user. These warranties are limited warranties and do not cover abuse, modification or improper installation nor do they cover finish failure caused by caustic cleaning agents, road salts or other chemicals. T-REX Truck Products reserves the right to repair or replace a defective product at its sole discretion. Any T-REX Truck Products product must be returned to T-REX for warranty consideration and must be returned at the customer’s expense. In the event that the product is deemed to be defective, the repaired or replaced item will be returned via a surface shipping method to the customer at T-REX Truck Products expense. No provision is made for any labor, rental car or other costs incurred by the failure of its products.

T-REX Return Procedure
In the unlikely event that your T-REX grille must be returned for warranty consideration, please follow the instructions below. Ensure the following information is available when contacting our customer service department.
1.Copy of original purchase receipt.
2.Description of the problem or issue.
3.Images of the product defect. The more clearly the images identify the issue, the faster your claim can be processed.
4.Shipping address the replacement item is to be sent to.
Please choose one of the following options for warranty processing and indicate your choice on your initial return request.
1. I would like to receive a replacement part before I send my part back – This option will resolve the issue the quickest but will require us to have a current credit card on file. Our customer service department will send you a credit card authorization form and keep it on file until the warranty process is complete. Credit card information will be destroyed once the procedure is done. The return label will be provided in the replacement box.
2. I would like to send my item back to T-REX for warranty consideration before a replacement is sent. You will not be required to submit credit card information using this method. Once you provide all the information being requested T-Rex will provide you with a return label.
T-REX will cover the cost of outbound shipping on ground service only. Upgraded shipping (next day, 2nd day etc) costs will not be paid for by T-REX. Ensuring proper internal packing is your responsibility. Damage resulting from improper/inadequate internal packing is not covered under warranty. Damage claims for products shipped to T-REX must be initiated and managed by the shipper. T-REX will hold damaged products for a period of 30 days after receipt or until the claim is completed whichever occurs first, after which the product will be returned to the customer at their expense or scrapped. A product that has been determined to have been modified or abused is not eligible for warranty relief. You will be contacted by T-REX to determine disposition of the product in question.

Once this information is received and the issue evaluated, we will be contacting you with further instructions, so please make sure the email address and/or phone number you provide are your primary email and/or phone number. Please note, open warranty claims must be completed within 45 days of RMA issuance.
T-REX grilles are finest in the industry but do require normal care. Wash regularly as you would when caring for your vehicles. Never use dish soap.
T-REX polished grilles should be waxed at the same time that you wax the vehicle and can be cleaned with soap and water. A polished finish can be cared for in the same fashion that would care for your vehicles factory chrome. Be sure to dry carefully with a soft micro fiber towel and never leave wet water spots as that may leave a blemish.
Paint warranty applies to defects in material and / or workmanship, it does not cover the matte finish surface appearance. To enjoy the matte appearance for many years to come, please follow these owner care and maintenance tips. Get a no-shine matte car wash soap that uses no fillers, no silicone, and won’t strip your matte paint of its layer of protection.
Do not use wax, detail spray, armorall®, or any products made for normal paint. Use only products specifically developed for matte finish paint. Do not use products that are even mildly abrasive, such as polishes, glazes, or rubbing compounds. do not use mechanical cleaners or polishers. Do not use terrycloth, cloth, or paper towels. Do not rub the finish vigorously, this will burnish the paint finish, causing a permanent shiny spot. Shiny spots cannot be removed.
Do not use commercial car wash facilities or their shine enhancement products. Most car wash brushes, large mechanized “towels,” and shine enhancement products can damage matte paint.
Remove foreign substances such as insect remains, tar, and road debris using a soft applicator and a mild solvent; saturate and soak area before cleaning—rub lightly.
Hand-wash with a soft wash mitt and mild cleaning product safe for matte paint. Use microfiber cleaning cloths with alcohol-based window cleaner for basic surface clean-up.
T-Rex Grilles with Gloss Black Powder Coated Finish may be washed regularly as you would when caring for your vehicles finish using soap and water. T-REX grilles should be waxed at the same time that you wax the vehicle. As a general rule, anything you use to clean your vehicles painted surfaces can be used to clean and maintain your T-REX grille. A Gloss powder Coated Finish can be cared for in the same fashion that you would care for your vehicles factory paint job. Never leave wet water spots as that may leave a blemish.

All orders received with items in stock are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the day the order is placed, (Excludes Weekends & Holidays). Out Of Stock: In the case an item is out of stock and is on back order or requires special handling, you will be notified via email and possibly by phone and be provided with an Estimated Ship Date, (ESD). You will have the option at this time to continue with your order or cancel and request a refund. Please note: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours and may take up to 5-7 days to post to your account. Cancellations are only accepted via E-Mail.

Clearance/Limited Supply Inventory: All items in our Clearance Page listed as a “Limited Supply” or “While Supplies Last” are closeouts and non-refundable. These items are in new condition and are sold as-is with no warranty
Orders are shipped Best Way at T-Rex Grilles discretion but are more commonly shipped via Ground Service from UPS. If you require a specific carrier, you may request this at your expense. T-Rex Grilles has the right to deny the request based on the size of the item, delivery address, special requirements or limitations by the carrier.
T-Rex Grilles offers expedited shipping via UPS and Fed Ex at time of check out at the buyer’s expense. Expedited shipping includes 3-Day Ground Service, 2-Day Air, (PM Delivery) and Next Day Air, (PM Delivery) and excludes Saturday’s deliveries. Pricing is based on the carriers current published rates and cannot be modified unless T-Rex Grilles at its discretion contacts you due to pricing errors.
Will Call: Local customer in the Southern California area able to choose Will Call as option for pick up by simply choosing “Will Call” at the time of check out. You will be required to show a valid ID and it must match the purchaser, No exceptions. A team member will contact you once the item is ready for pick up. T-Rex Grilles strongly suggest calling our team to confirm inventory when wanting to pick up within 24-48 hours to confirm inventory. Will Call hours are M-F from 8am – 2pm
Shipments to AK/HI/PR
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are shipped via your choice of Ground or Expedited Service and billed to the buyer at time of check out.

All returns are subject to review and final disposition is granted only after a full inspection of the product has been completed. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the sender and not T-Rex Grilles. No provision is made for any labor, rental car or other costs incurred by the failure of our products. T-Rex Grilles claims no liability for any damage to purchaser relating to installation, use, repair, removal of products or damage to a vehicle while using our products.

If you experience a problem with your T-Rex Grille or unsatisfied with our products, please e-mail the details to email@example.com. Please note: all returns are processed via email for accuracy and returning a product with or without RMA does not constitute and automatic credit.
T-REX Return Procedure – General/Non-Warranty:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product(s), and the item has not been installed, you may request a return for up to 30 days from the day of purchase if the item was purchased directly from T-Rex Grilles.
To begin a return request, please provide the following information and email it to our Customer Carte Team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow 3-5 business days for your RMA to be issued after all the information has been provided. Credit will be issued within 10-15 days after T-Rex Grilles receives the item. A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the purchase amount. Products returned without an RMA will be refused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender and will not be refunded or included in the credit amount.
T-REX Return Procedure – Warranty:
In addition to the information requested above, please choose one of the following options for warranty processing and indicate Option 1 or 2 on your initial return request. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response
Option 1. I would like to send my defective part back before a replacement is sent.
Once you provide all of the information being requested, we will provide you with a RGA number giving you approval for the return. When the defective part arrives, and it passes inspection we will enter your replacement order and it will be shipped from our warehouse the same day if not the following business day if the item is in stock.
Option 2. I would like a replacement sent before sending my defective part back. Email Invoice method
Accounting will send you an invoice via email for the part at 50% off our website listed price. Once paid, the replacement order will be entered, and it will be shipped as soon as the item is available. When your defective item arrives at our warehouse and it passes inspection, the refund will be issued after inspection with-in 3-5 days of receipt.
Complete your return:
After you have collected all of the details and have chosen your return option as described above, email our Customer Care Team the Information at email@example.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
After your return request is reviewed, we will respond to your email with final return instructions. Please note, open warranty claims must be completed within 30 days of RMA issuance. After the allotted 30 days, the case will be closed and provided information will be decimated.
Returning your Item:
Please package your item and use a heavy-duty box to ensure your item arrives safely to our facility. Secure your return label and note the RMA number clearly on the box

Additional Return Notes: RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. If an Item arrives damaged, it will require a damage claim initiated by the shipper and will be held for up to 30 days for processing. Damage resulting from improper/inadequate packing may result in a denied claim for warranty.

Additional Fee Notes: Orders are processed with the information provided via your order. Any address corrections, shipments refused at time of delivery, lost in transit due to address issues or simply undeliverable due to any reasons beyond what has been stated will be charged a fee of $25.00 and additional shipping fees. Shipments returned to our facility that require to be shipped back to you for any reason other than what has been stated may incur additional fees.

T-Rex grilles require normal maintenance as with most auto parts. Mild soaps, as well as aluminum and/or chrome polishes will keep T-Rex Grilles products looking new for years to come.
